Outside of Valley Girl, of course, Frank Zappa never really had any commercial hits. Valley Girl was the only song he released that broke into the top 40. But what Zappa did have were 'best known' songs. From Peaches en Regalia to Montana (Dental Floss Tycoon) this album does an excellent job of putting together the songs that most people know or will want to hear. This is not an easy accomplishment as Zappa songs are often part of the larger work - and dependent on the context (musical or lyrical or both) of the the album - they were released on.

Even if you have all 600 or so Zappa releases - this is an excellent addition to your collection because you may find - as I have, that it gets a surprising amount of play even when you have the originals available.
