This recording starts with the self-admitted attempt at radio play with the song - Fine Girl, which is the only full blown studio cut on the album. From there Zappa serves up a typically astute live performance of well written zaniness, along with extended improvistions. As Zappa albums go, this is one of the better live recordings, he had on certain cuts, extensive dubbing to fill out the sound, you'd never know it if the recording info didn't inform you of it. Not an essential Zappa effort, but a worthy one all the same, the killer line-up on this one makes it well worth hearing, and having.
