For some reason most fans of P.F.M. do not like this release. I wonder why?? To me it is a statement to the music world that they have musical chops as well as a a gift of writing and playing very melodic music. Maybe its because its a bit more Fusion oriented, should that really matter? I don't think bands should be stuck in a style and then badmouthed because they make a more adventurous change. There are some fairly complex songs here and a good deal more instrumental passages then on previous releases. Also more Violin is noticeable and this is a good thing. I think this is a great Album. I also think that just about all P.F.M. music is good even the POP stuff from the 80's.
