Upon release it was an immediate success, topping the U.K. album chart and earning platinum status. The album included three big hits: “Kayleigh” (#2), “Lavender” (#5), and “Heart Of Lothian” (#29).

In 2017 a Deluxe Edition: 4 CD+ Bluray with Steven Wilson at the helm remixing was released. This version is listed separately as a box set/compilation.
