John Osri comments:

"This ep is comprised mostly of material that wouldn’t, couldn’t and otherwise didn’t fit onto the previous Knitting By Twilight album, “An Evening Out of Town” for mostly thematic considerations."

This five songs EP is made up of extras that did not find their way on the previous CD An Evening Out Of Town (2008). I'm somewhat surprised by this, because I feel that most of the songs on Riding The Way Back are pretty much in the same mood as those on the previous album... and are just as good.

Again Knitting By Twilight explore an experimental/ambient universe that was inspired by Robert Fripp and King Crimson. This is done creativily and with care.

An Evening Out Of Town offers 20 minutes of high quality instrumental music that will certainly not disappoint Knitting By Twilight 's fans.
