No I don't think the it is correct to call it a reissue when the dates are only a few days or weeks or even months apart.
This seldom happens fortunately...

Thanks Oleg.

This was because the Release Year was listed as 2017 and there was a release history for 2018.
so the software figured the entry in release history must be a reissue.

I corrected the release year to be 2018.
