American Born Dave King (Homepage) moved to Europe at 17 and spend his musical career there. In 1972, King was a member of the band Embryo but his first big break was in 1974 when he ended up playing on Donna Summer's first major hit Love To Love You, Baby which established his credentials as a 'soulful studio bassist'
After composing music for the Curt Cress Clan, King and Cress co-founded Snowball in 1978.
Later King toured and recorded during 1985 with the fusion group Consortium (featuring Billy Cobham) and from 1986 to 1996 he toured and recorded with the United Jazz And Rock Ensemble taking Eberhard Weber's place.
Curt Cress and Kristian Schulze have credits with a number of bands, most notably Passport.
