British Neo Prog band Solstice celebrated in 2010 their 30th anniversary. With their symphonic folk rock Solstice were in the eighties and nineties, a trendsetter in the neo-progressive genre.

Since 'Spirit' (2010), the first studio album in fifteen years, this was a true rebirth of the band.

On this double album "Kindred Spirits", which combines CD and DVD, it also rises from the ashes to live level.

Andy Glass brilliant and expressive playing and the superb vocal contribution from Emma Brown lifts you to a spiritual height. Solstice brings balanced prog rock. Freedom, Solomon's Bridge and Oberon's Folly are  songs that stand out.

The recordings were made for the DVD in the Pitz Club in Milton Keynes during the 'Spirit' tour in 2010.

Two bonus tracks "New Life" and "Brave New World" from their performance in the beautifull amphi-theater at the Loreley Festival in Germany.

The CD
contains recordings of the Pitz Club from 2007 and 2008 and covers the colorfull past of the band's repertoire.
